How It Works
Select, Upload, Order - That's It!
Your child's book will be special and unique to them. We just need a few things from you.
Photo Requirements
All photos should be as recent as possible. It is important your child recognizes themselves in the story.
POSE: Child is looking mostly straight at the camera - angles may look funky. Photos WITHOUT hats or sunglasses are best.
CONTRAST: The child's face and hair should stand out from the background: the background should have a good amount of contrast with the child's hair and skin color. (IPHONE’S Portrait mode photos with the child's head in focus work well.)
SIZE: Clear photos with a resolution of at least 1000 pixels X 1000 pixels for print. Most modern camera phones can achieve this. If the site is telling you that your image is too small, it was probably compressed when sent via messages or email. Use the full size original photo.
In order to provide you with the highest quality book, it is best if photos meet these criteria. *If you choose to submit photos that do not meet the criteria listed below, TODDLY is not responsible for the book quality.
Uploading Process
It is easy to upload photos from your camera, camera roll, Facebook Instagram, Dropbox, or other files. While uploading pictures for your book, use our helpful crop tool to frame one face from a family photo. This can also give you a clearer idea of what your images will look like when in the book. Protip! Airdrop photos from your camera roll to your computer for a quick and easy upload.
